Snubfest a Hit!

Snubfest is over, and we here at CIC are still recovering from a fun, busy weekend. Thanks to everyone who came out to the shows, all of the volunteers for their hard work, and the performers who brought their A-game all weekend long. The Chemically imbalanced Theater saw some amazing shows over the past several days, and we’ll be reliving the weekend, in the blog and elsewhere, for days to come.

Below is a Goldstar member review of Friday night’s Last Snob Standing Stand-Up Showcase, along with some pictures from the event. Thanks again to all the comics and judges who made it an evening to remember!

Snubfest Stand-up Preview

Here are a few of the stand-up comedians appearing in the Snubfest “Last Snob Standing” contest this year. Check them out at the Chemically Imbalanced Theater on Friday, June 6th, at 10pm!

Danny Browning hails from the great state of Indiana. Here’s a joke about his dad that is disturbingly reminiscent of a few exchanges I’ve had with my own father:

Exiene Lofgren is from New York City, shares a last name with a famous rock guitarist (are you guys related? How many Lofgrens are there in the world?), and is ADORABLE:

Dan Fontaine, also based in New York, also with a famous last name, talks about the awesomeness that is Halloween:
