It's Time for Snubfest 2012!

CIC is pleased to announce that we are currently accepting applications for our annual comedy festival, Snubfest. Snubfest 2012 will take place Friday, August 24 and Saturday, August 25, 2012 at the Chemically Imbalanced Theater in Chicago, IL. The festival features improv, stand-up, solo sketch and group sketch comedy. Whether you are a veteran or a bold new voice in the world of comedy, we’d love to have you perform at our theater and Snubfest.

The submission deadline is June 6, 2012. A $5 Submission fee is required.

The stand-up portion of Snubfest will be a competition. Past judges have included Bert Haas of Zanies Comedy Club, Linda O’Connell of Improv Comedy Club and Mark Geary of The Lincoln Lodge. Past prizes have included sets at The Lincoln Lodge and The Comedy Bar.
